How we handle your data and payments

A plain-English summary of how Experiqo processes payments, protects your data and keeps you in control of it.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on Experiqo servers. Payments for your direct bookings settle to your own connected Stripe account.

Your data is yours

Your products, bookings and customer records belong to you. You can export your data, and we will help you retrieve it if you ever decide to leave.

Access controls

Access to your account is protected by individual user logins. We are actively expanding role-based permissions; if you need fine-grained control over what each team member can see and do, talk to us about where that sits on the roadmap.

Backups and availability

Your data is backed up regularly. We monitor the platform and work to keep it available, and we will keep this page updated as our practices develop. We do not currently publish a formal uptime service level agreement.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us so we can look into it promptly.

This page describes our current practices in general terms and does not represent a formal certification or contractual guarantee.
